Insurance Information
I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United Healthcare, and Medicare. I recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to confirm that I am in-network with your specific plan and to clarify your benefits, including any copays, deductibles, or session limits.
If I am not in-network with your plan, you are welcome to work with me on a self-pay basis. Full payment is due at the time of service (see above rates). Upon request, I can provide documentation (a superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Because coverage varies, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to determine your eligibility for reimbursement.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who may need a reduced fee. Please reach out to inquire about availability.
Brainspotting Intensives
A Brainspotting Intensive is a great option if you are looking to move through something more deeply or make more focused progress. This extended format allows for concentrated work, often leading to deeper, faster emotional healing and lasting change. Intensives are offered in person or virtually and are tailored to support your individual goals.

Structure
Brainspotting intensives are offered in either a one-day or two-day format, depending on your needs and goals.
All intensives begin with a 90-minute intake session, scheduled prior to your intensive dates (in person or via telehealth). This session allows us to get to know each other, clarify your goals, and thoughtfully prepare for the intensive experience. You will also be asked to complete intake forms ahead of time, which help guide our work and ensure we can use our time together as intentionally and effectively as possible.
All intensives include one 60-minute follow-up session (in person or via telehealth).

Group Brainspotting
Group Brainspotting can be a powerful space to heal and grow in connection with others. Being with people who are navigating similar experiences - people you can relate to - often creates a deep sense of belonging.
In the group environment, you hold space for one another, seeing and hearing each other without judgment. You always have choice and can go at your own pace. You can share, reflect, or simply be present.
As group members connect with themselves and others, many experience a softening of shame, a growing sense of confidence, and a deeper trust in their own inner wisdom.

Structure
Brainspotting groups meet weekly for 90 minutes over a set period of time (typically at least 6 weeks). Each group is centered around a shared theme, such as grief and loss, life transitions, or parenting. These are closed groups, which means that members commit to the full series and no new participants are added once the group has begun.
This consistent structure and group membership help create a sense of safety, allowing you to settle in, make meaningful connections, and feel more supported as the group unfolds.
Each session includes:
-
Arrival & check-in: A gentle transition into the space
-
Icebreaker: A fun, engaging way to connect as a group
-
Psychoeducation and/or guided activity: Learning and reflection to support your processing
-
Brainspotting processing: Time for focused, brain-body healing work
-
Group Sharing: Optional space to reflect and share with group members
-
Closing: Grounding and transitioning back into your day
Investment
Group Brainspotting is offered as a closed series, providing a consistent and supportive space for members to make meaningful connections and feel more supported as the group unfolds. Because this is a closed group, registration is for the full series and reserves your place in the group.
Fee: $65 per session
(Example: For a 6-week group, the full group fee = $390 total)
Group Brainspotting is offered as a self-pay service and is not billed through insurance.
Payment Options
You may choose the payment option that works best for you:
-
Pay in full upon registration
-
Two-payment option:
-
First half due upon registration to reserve your space
-
Second half due halfway through the series
-
If you choose the payment plan, the second payment is required regardless of attendance, as your space is held for the duration of the group.
Cancellation & Attendance Policy
-
Because of the limited size of the group, your space is reserved exclusively for you once you register.
-
If you miss a session, payment is still required. Missed sessions are not able to be made up or refunded.
-
If you choose to leave the group after it has started, you remain responsible for the full cost of the series.
-
If you need to cancel before the group begins, the following refund policy applies:
-
More than 2 weeks before start date: 75% refund of the full group fee
-
1-2 weeks before start date: 50% refund of the full group fee
-
Less than 48 hours before start date: No refund
-
These refund amounts are based on the total cost of the group, regardless of the payment option selected. Any remaining balance (if applicable) will be adjusted accordingly.
A Note on Commitment
Closed groups are designed to create a sense of safety, consistency, and connection among members. Committing to the full series supports not only your own process, but also the experience of the group as a whole.
