A Place Where compassion meets courage

In a world that often asks women to be quieter, smaller, or more accommodating, it takes both courage and support to show up fully as yourself.

In this 8-week group, you are invited to take up space, like a strong, steady oak tree. Rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection, you will practice being both mindful and fierce - embodying your voice, your needs, and your truth - as a path toward healing and growth.

Registration begins by filling out a questionnaire. Then, we schedule a short phone call to explore whether the group feels like a good fit, discuss any questions you have, and go over next steps.

See the FAQ section below for information about payment options, attendance, and cancellation policies.

What happens in this group

This group will help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, strength, and resilience, so you can show up more fully in your life and move toward what matters most to you. Through Brainspotting, mindfulness, art, and self-compassion practices, we gently work with the patterns that can keep us stuck or hold us back. Shame softens. Confidence grows. What emerges is a stronger, steadier sense of self. From that place, you can trust your voice, set boundaries, and live life more fully and authentically.

In this group, we will integrate:

  • Brainspotting to support deeper processing and healing

  • Self-compassion practices to gently shift patterns of shame and self-criticism

  • Mindfulness practices to support grounding and present-moment awareness

  • Guided visualization and creative expression as a way to explore and connect with your inner experience

  • Reflection and connection in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

You always have choice to share, to reflect, or to simply be present.

This Group May Be a Good Fit if...

  • You find yourself saying yes when you really want or need to say no

  • You feel resentful but struggle to set boundaries

  • You second-guess yourself or replay conversation in your head

  • You avoid speaking up to keep the peace, even when something doesn't feel right

  • You feel guilty for having needs or asking for what you want

  • You are hard on yourself in ways you would never be with others

  • You want to feel more grounded, confident, and able to trust yourself

This group may not be the best fit for you if...

  • You are currently needing more individualized or higher-level support than this group can offer.

  • Being in a group setting feels too overwhelming or would make it difficult to participate.

  • You are in need of immediate or crisis support.

In these cases, individual therapy may be a more supportive place to begin. If you are unsure whether this group is the right fit, we can talk through your needs during a brief consultation phone call and decide he what would be most supportive for you.

A Note on Commitment

This is a closed group, which means that members commit to the full series and no new participants are added once the group has begun. Closed groups are designed to create a sense of safety, consistency, and connection among members. Committing to the full series supports not only your own process, but also the experience of the group as a whole.
