We can start with a brief phone call. This call is an opportunity for us to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit. I'll share more about my approach, answer any questions you may have, and learn a bit about what's bringing you to therapy and what you are hoping for.

We can also explore what type of support might best meet your needs, whether it is individual therapy, a Brainspotting Intensive, Group Brainspotting, or a combination of these.

There is no obligation to commit to anything; this is simply a chance for us to get to know each other and decide on the next steps together.
