FEES and INSURANCE
I am in in-network provider for the following plans:

If you would like to pay out-of-pocket, my fee is $165 for a 55-minute session, and I do offer a sliding scale.
NEW CLIENT FORMS​
Once you have scheduled an initial appointment with me, you will be emailed a link to access the client portal. I ask that you take time to review and complete all of the new client forms at least 24 hours prior to your initial appointment, otherwise your appointment time will be released.

If you are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, or United Healthcare, you will also be invited (via an email from Headway) to set up an account with Headway, which manages my billing with these insurance companies. I ask that you take time to set up and complete your Headway account at least 24 hours prior to your initial appointment, otherwise your appointment time will be released.
ATTENDANCE and CANCELLATION Policies
Regular attendance will produce maximum results. In order to guarantee you a regular time and maintain an organized practice, I may offer you a weekly or biweekly time slot whenever possible, unless our schedules do not allow for this or this is not indicated for the best possible course of treatment.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment and avoid a late cancellation fee. If you are canceling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, please leave me a voicemail message or text me at (919) 391-4483. Missed sessions and late-cancelled sessions are not billable to insurance, and you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to your insurance plan's allowable or contracted amount. Missed session or late cancellation fees can be waived for emergency issues only. If a pattern of frequently canceling appointments with only 48 hours notice begins to emerge, I reserve the right to require a minimum of 72 hours notice to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Termination related to missed sessions: If you miss two (2) sessions in a row and I do not hear from you within one day after the second missed appointment, I will assume that you have terminated services with me and will release your scheduled appointments. You may contact me about the possibility of resuming work with me after that, but I cannot guarantee that I will have current availability or your previously held appointment time.
You may discontinue therapy at any time, though I strongly encourage you to discuss it with me first. I can provide you with referrals to other therapists if that seems needed.
