Payment and Cancellation Policy

INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENT POLICY I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment and avoid a late cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for a missed session or a late cancellation can be waived for emergency issues only. Payment in full is due at the time of service. If you miss an appointment or cancel with lesson 48 hours notice, you will be billed for the late cancellation fee. RETREAT PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Retreat Payment: Payment in full is due when you register for a retreat. Please contact me if working out a payment plan would make this retreat more accessible for you. If Mindfully FIERCE, PLLC cancels the retreat for any reason, you will be refunded whatever amount you paid up to that point. Or you may choose to apply it as credit for a future Mindfully FIERCE service. Retreat Cancellation: If you must cancel your reservation, and I am able to fill your spot, you will be refunded your full accommodations retreat fee. If I am unable to fill your spot, you will be given a credit to apply toward other Mindfully FIERCE services. OTHER SERVICES: Payment and cancellation services for other services, including workshops, classes, and groups are service-dependent and are posted in the service description.
