A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation at a retreat. All deposits are non-refundable*.
We cannot hold your reservation until we have received your deposit. If you would like to reserve an available spot in a retreat 45 or fewer days prior to the retreat date, we require payment in full for the retreat to hold the spot.
Payment in full for all retreats is due 45 days prior to the retreat date. If you do not provide payment in full by 45 days prior to the retreat you risk losing your reservation.
*If Mindfully FIERCE, PLLC cancels the retreat for any reason, you will be refunded your total deposit.
It is during the month of June when stunning Catawba rhododendron blooms carpet Roan Mountain and its surrounding lush forests. Amidst this lush, majestic backdrop is the ideal time to behold what is blooming inside yourself. A time to tap into the deep wisdom and creativity within. A time to discover, enrich, and extend outward your internal beauty.
During this unique camping retreat experience, we will come together as a community of affirming, supportive women to contemplate and dialogue about our hopes and dreams. We will prepare meals in our natural environment and share stories around a campfire. We will move our bodies with hiking and yoga. We will inspire and uplift ourselves and each other through art and creative expression.

About Roan Mountain State Park
Roan Mountain State Park is located at the base of Roan Mountain, which reaches a peak of 6,285 feet. The park encompasses more than 2,000 acres of verdant hardwood forest, and Doe river winds through the park. Its steady current provides a backdrop of soothing river noise for sleeping.

Tier Descriptions:
Love: You have a comfortable enough income to pay for housing, food, and other basic needs as well as a bit of savings. You are able to afford regular leisure activities most of the time.
Peace: Meeting your basic needs can be stressful, yet you usually do. Sometimes you have expendable income leftover after paying monthly bills.
Hope: You have less expendable income, and you could use extra community support to alleviate cost as a potential barrier to attending.
Payment Policy
A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation at this retreat. All deposits are non-refundable*.
We cannot hold your reservation until we have received your deposit. If you would like to reserve an available spot in a retreat 45 or fewer days prior to the retreat date, we require payment in full for the retreat to hold the spot. If the deposit is a financial barrier, please contact me.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel a reservation, a full refund, less your deposit which is non-refundable, will be provided for any cancellation we receive in writing at least 45 days prior to the commencement date of the retreat. We are sorry but we cannot refund any payments for cancellations made 44 or fewer days prior to the commencement of the retreat.
Mindfully FIERCE, PLLC is not responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in schedules or cancellations.
