Join with an affirming, compassionate community of women who gather in nature to nourish and grow the innate wisdom and resilience within. During the AWE gathering in May, Rachel will guide you through a warming slow flow and restorative yoga sequence beneath a forest canopy. Participants will close their time together with a healthy, community meal provided by Rachel.
